[unpadchoir.com, 17/10/2019] Universitas Padjadjaran Choir again presents vocal recital for the second time this year in RSG UNPAD Dipatiukur Building 2. Vocal recital is an event of UNPAD choir members to hone the potential and improve the quality of sound. The vocal recital of this time presented a new generation of young singers, 2018.

Different from previous vocal recital, UNPAD CHOIR this time chose the title “Clair de Lune” which is derived from the French language meaning ‘ moonlight ‘. This title depicts the entire vocal recital singer who is like being among the stars. The singers are thus expected to radiate its light with positive energy to the entire vocal recital audience. The moon on this heading also illustrates the individual traits that change over time. However, despite the changing months it still comes with its light beam.

“It was a tremendous opportunity for me as chairman of the Committee, as well as singer Clair de Lune, to succeed this concert. As a young generation Unpad choir I believe that this is the first step for me, the Committee’s friends, as well as the singer to be a better person through this concert, “said Fernanda as the chief executive.

Just like the previous vocal recital, the concert was split into 2 sessions with 19 solo singers, 1 duet singer, and 8 teams of ensembles. The vocal recital of Clair de Lune opened with a cheer for the audience when Nida Adillah Wilda opened this vocal recital activity by performing the song Ombrai Mai Fu. Each recital session of this time was fulfilled by the festive applause due to the distinct charm of each singer in this recital.

Tika Tazkya, a vocal recital concert audience of Clair de Lune, admitted that he was deeply amazed by the performers, one of whom was his own relatives. “It was nice to see my brother perform, really cool!” Tika also commented on vocal recital activities as a whole, “the concept is good, the song that is brought is also very interesting.
